Non genuine Tyre Warmers bearing Sportsbike's name and copies of Sportsbike Tyre Warmers are not covered by Sportsbike's 12 month Replacement Warranty and in the event of failure, the owner will have no claim against Sportsbike.

Sportsbike advises that only Tyre Warmers actually supplied by Sportsbike and Tyre Warmers actually supplied by Sportsbike to Official Distributors and Dealers will be covered by Sportsbike's 12 month replacement or repair Warranty.

It has been brought to our attention that copies of Sportsbike Tyre Warmers are being sold and traded over the Internet and that a number of purchasers have experienced failures and problems. Finding that the seller is not contactable or has not been willing to honour Warranties, people believing they have purchased a genuine Sportsbike product have approached Sportsbike to gain a replacement or repair. Unfortunately although Sportsbike sympathise with their position, Sportsbike can not honour a Warranty on anything other than actual Sportsbike Products. Regrettably these people must face loosing the money paid for their purchase if problems occur.
