If you have a problem with our product, our objective is to take the problem off your hands and give you back a solution.
If you have any problem with the Tyre Warmers you buy from Sportsbike during the first 12 months after purchase, discuss it with us. We will consider your problem and recommend a solution, probably we will ask you to send them back to us, we will then test them, replace or repair them and send them back to you at our cost.
All Sportsbike Tyre Warmers are sold with a 12 month NO FUSS Warranty that commences on the day of supply as marked on the Original Sales Invoice. As implied under the provisions of the Trade Practices Act (1974) of Australia, Sportsbike Warrants to the original consumer / purchaser that the product is supplied free from defects in material and workmanship. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Sportsbike will replace or repair the product at its option, free of charge excepting the freight costs of sending the Warmers to us. In other words, if there is a problem, you send them back. We will replace with new or repair and return them to you.
This undertaking to replace or repair Tyre Warmers will not apply if the product has been damaged, after sale to the original consumer / purchaser, by negligence, accident, unreasonable use, modification, un-authorised repair, tampering or by other causes unrelated to the defective materials or workmanship.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Sportsbike Warranty does not apply to NON GENUINE Tyre Warmers bearing Sportsbike's name and COPIES of Sportsbike Tyre Warmers, these are not a Sportsbike product and therefore not covered by Sportsbike's 12 month NO FUSS replacement or repair Warranty and in the event of failure, the owner will have no claim against Sportsbike.
Sportsbike advises that only Tyre Warmers actually supplied by Sportsbike and Tyre Warmers actually supplied by Sportsbike to Official Dealers and Distributors will be covered by Sportsbike's 12 month Warranty.
After the warranty period, contact Sportsbike about our Tyre Warmer Repair Service. Sportsbike are able to make repairs at reasonable rates. Ask Sportsbike to quote on your repair.
